Membership Renewal

Membership run for a calendar year (except 5 year membership), and fall due on 31st December. The Club does not routinely send membership renewal reminders. Members are welcome to renew from the beginning of December.

Important Dates

Members are advised to renew before the end of January to ensure uninterrupted access to the Club’s facilities. Membership must be renewed before the end of February to avoid a £10 late-payment administration charge.

Lapsed members (where an individual was not a member in the preceding calendar year) must pay a fixed £20 re-joining charge in addition to the full annual membership fee.

Want a year free? Renew for 5 years and you only pay for 4 years and beat inflation if fees rise during the term of your membership.

2026 Membership Prices

Please fill out a renewal form (available from the bar or by following the link above – please print double sided) then either 

  1. Hand the completed form to one of the bar staff, along with the appropriate fee or,
  2. Renew online – eligible Members will receive a personalised email with full instructions and login details enabling them to renew online using our membership portal.

It would be a great help if you could bring along your membership card when paying in person, as this makes the renewal process much faster. Car park stickers are intended to last for several years and will only be replaced on request.

ACC Inter Affiliation Cards are available to purchase at the Club bar for just £4.00 each and are valid for one calendar year.

Membership cards are intended to last for many years but can be replaced if lost or damaged at a cost of £5.
