Club Membership runs for a calendar year (except 5 year membership), and fall due on 31st December. The Club does not routinely send personalised membership renewal reminders. Members are welcome to renew from the beginning of each December.
Important Dates
Members are advised to renew before the end of January to ensure uninterrupted access to the Club’s facilities. Membership must be renewed before the end of February to avoid a £10 late-payment administration charge.
Lapsed members (where an individual was not a member in the preceding calendar year) will also be required to pay the £10 late-payment charge, and £5 for a new membership card if this is needed.
Membership Fees
Want a year free? Renew for 5 years and you only pay for 4 years and beat inflation if fees rise during the term of your membership.
Membership fees for 2026 are as shown below (changed from 2025).

This year we are offering members a choice of two ways to renew:
- In-person: If you wish to renew in-person at the bar, please fill out a renewal form (available from the bar or by following the link above – please print double sided) and then hand the completed form to one of the bar staff, along with the appropriate payment by cash or card. It would be a great help if you could bring along your membership card when paying in-person, as this makes the renewal process much faster.
- Online: eligible Members who are due to renew were sent a personalised email in December 2025 with full instructions and login details enabling them to renew online using our membership portal. If you renew online you do not need to complete a renewal form. Online payments must be made by card.
The Club no longer accept payment for membership renewals via BACS transfer as these tended to result in additional processing costs and errors.
Car Park Stickers & Inter-Affiliation Cards
ACC Inter Affiliation Cards are available to purchase at the Club bar for just £4 each and are valid for one calendar year. These cards are now issued by bar staff who will check your membership is valid for the full-year before sale.
Car park permits are intended to last for several years and will only be replaced on request. If you have changed your vehicle please complete a Membership Queries Form at the bar. Your new car parking permit will be ready for collection in approximately 7 days.
Membership cards are intended to last for many years but can be replaced if lost or damaged at a cost of £5. If you need a new membership card please complete a Membership Queries Form at the bar. Your new car membership card will be ready for collection in approximately 7 days.
